Osn[protected] While booking ride on app for both the osn[protected] and osn[protected], i got message that cancellation fee has been applied and that i should pay rs 127 despite having opted for ola share pass It was not mentioned for which ride this cancellation fee is being charged for? When invoice was generated it mentioned convenience fee Sending a mail to [protected]@olacabs.com has also not helped.
