The undersigned is a regular user of Ola cab since very long and always preferred to travel by Ola cab only, but the incident happened with me on today morning ride with your Ola driver Name Ramesh Chand Prime Sedan - White Maruti Suzuki Dzire RJ14TF3434 contact No.[protected] (ride details attached) was very shocking and forced me to delete the Ola App with immediate effect. Your driver has advised me to change the payment option from Ola postpaid into cash payment before the start of ride, as the option to make payment in cash is not available in Ola App, still the driver forced me to change into cash otherwise he will not drop me. I also advised him that money will deduct from my Ola postpaid in auto mode after completion of ride, but still he assured me that once you will make payment in cash or through paytm / phonepe wallet, he will change the payment method in his Ola app and money will not deduct from my Ola postpaid. Driver has stopped his car at the CNG f station and forced me to make payment of Rs.544 to his phonepe upi id [protected]@ybl (payment details attached). After completion of my ride Rs.544 money was again deducted from my Ola postpaid wallet. The undersigned immediately raised the issue in the Ola app, but as per Ola policy direct payment to the driver is not considered as Ola responsibility and they denied me the refund of extra money of Rs.544. The undersigned also followed up with Ola driver contact No.[protected] so many times for a refund of Rs.544 but he also denied me the refund. Finally i realised that it's a nexus between ola and his driver for charging money twicely by this fardukuent trick. So I will discontinue my long association with the Ola app with immediate effect.
