My last ola ride was exorbitant i feel. I booked an Ola micro from Mahalaxmi race course Mumbai to Airoli ( Navi Mumbai). It upgraded to Accent without our knowledge and charged us 730 rupees whereas we paid 450 rupees while going
This is sheer cheating on your customers. Please explain the sudden surcharge and upgradation to ola prime without prior information.

Refused to come to pick up point.
Disconnected the phone and cancelled booking on his own.
Shocking behaviour.

Ola gave wron pickup driver took 45 mins to pickup.as he followed map.This delayed my journey by 45 mins and I missed important meeting due to delay..Please refund my fare as a compensation OSN[protected]
