I booked a cab for my client on 21st January from Pondicherry to Chennai and when my client got off, he was shown a payment page of some previous ride. Hence my driver paid in cash(4094 + 300)Rs. The driver could not terminate the ride as he did not ask for a STOP OTP which is required for outstation ride. The ride was ongoing for 9-10 days on the app until I noticed and called the Customer care. Customer care manually ended the trip and a bill of 3977 was generated on OLA postpaid money. The customer care person told me that they will refund only 2600 as the driver is claiming to take only 3300 which is less than the trip amount should have been. 2600 is some calculation they did. I disagreed and asked for full clearance of 3977. They argued saying how did your client pay the amount without checking. Their driver did not bother to terminate the trip until I reached out and they are saying I am lying. I also shared the photo of the amount shown by the driver. Now I am getting multiple calls, midnight threats and being harassed to pay the bill by ola postpaid money. They are so rude and say they are not liable. Its mental torture.
