I took a ride around 2years from Yashawanthpur to my home in Bengaluru Karnataka.
for the raise I have paid the amount of rs1100(With tips) to the driver, But some how after the app update the default mode of payment was "OLA POSTPAID", After onw week I got a message from ola team that I have to pay the trip amount. Then I spoke to ola customer care and raised the concern saying I have paid the amount to driver. they are not ready to accept that and refused to give the driver details. from then onwards everyday they are torturing with messages and calls. I am explaining the same incident to every representative.
I was a loyal customer of OLA, They still continue their torture and planning to send people to my home to collect money.
