Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Harassment by customer care personnel | |||
I booked a cab in chennai on 7 oct 2016 and cab (TN 22 CX 9222)was allotted to me and i boarded cab around 9 pm. when the driver was about to start the trip by entering the crn no(CRN[protected] he got an error message and after which i contacted the customer care. i was asked to deboard the cab without any explanation and when i sought the same i was not given any and i was ill treated. i was also suggested rudely to look for alternative arrangements. customer care person also said that he will take this as feedback and then i interrupted saying it is not feedback but complaint. later i got mail saying ticket has been resolved(without my involvement!!!). These people are harassing customers in the name of customer care. Was this information helpful? | |||
