Hi, Today I booked an OLA cab at 7:10 PM. The driver was completing another trip so I waited for 20mins. When the cab arrived we entered OTP as per OLA rules. But the driver said OTP is not matching. I rechecked the cab number and driver name, it was same as shown in my cab details. I called the driver and the same driver answered. But someone else’s name was showing in driver’s phone. The other customer arrived and driver asked me to get off the cab. I called OLA customer care but no help. Only thing they said was If I cancel the trip I’ll get a refund. They even promised to send another cab but I waited there for another 10mins and no cab reached or no cab details were sent to me. I asked for compensation but they simply refused. Such harassment after full work day is really frustrating. I missed an urgent meeting because of this harassment. Such things happened earlier as well. They never come forward to help their customer. I sent a mail to them last week regarding another cab issue, still received no reply. I have added two photos of my cab details. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||
