Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — harassment over apparent non payment of dues | |||
I had booked ola cab on 1st january, 2019. After the trip, the app prompted for cash payment (Rs. 499). Upon which i made the full Payment to the driver by cash. However, ola postpaid amount was also deducted for the same trip. I emailed ola support more than twice about this issue. I kept waiting for their response. Instead of hearing from them, i started receiving emails/calls/messages for non-payment of dues. However i never got any call to solve my ticket, however they kept calling me incessantly about non-payment of dues. They have been calling me/emailing me/messaging me for more that ten times a day. It’s equal to a mental harassment. Now they have gone to the extent of issuing a legal notice. Was this information helpful? | |||
