Hi There,
Today must be the worst day I've ever experienced with OLA.
Starting with first driver, who almost cursed me for making digital payment & said If I mentioned that earlier he would have cancelled the trip.
On my return, Second one asks what was the amount mentioned and said you have to give ₹150 extra so that I'll be of service and cancelled.
Third one insisted to make the payment as cash by making a statement that OLA will not pay for us if you make any digital payments to them.
Are they serious? How come everyone says the same issue.
And how did they expect all customers to pay cash when digital payments are well developed.
I felt frustrated and I don't know whom to blame.
And ended up taking private for hire.
Please look into the issue & resolve it. otherwise stop your service.
Please don't leave people in the streets by saying you are providing rental & hire service. Put yourself into their shoes and react soon.
