Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Heavy loss as can not reached in time | |||
I have booked OLA cab on 7th Sep around 10 pm for next day morning 5:15 am...as I have to go to station for shatabti express at 6 :10... for which I got the confirmation message...in morning around 5:25...i got a call from companies automatic call system, that I have canceĺled my Booking.I have confirmed immediently that i have not cancelled it...then they intimated me that an action will be taken against the driver... As I were getting late...i again booked a cab with a ride now option...again I got the details of the same driver Gaurav [protected] I called him up and he was sleeping at that time... As I had no other option to go to station at such early hours...i lost my train I had an very important appointment that I was unable to attend because of this negligence Was this information helpful? | |||

This is not a complaint, only a suggestion to improve the app. When we track the ride, the map is stationary. It has to be moved manually by user. Can it be made automatic so we can see the cab at a glance. Thanks.
