Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Higher charge

I booked the cab on * 1st January 2021* at 7:43 a.m. when I booked the price (estimated) was show low Rs. 320. After the ride was over the price changed to Rs. 959. Driver changed the Route which resulted in higher price. Customer care has not solve my query.
please solve my problem urgent beses
