Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — higher charges taken by the driver for normal traffic route and ola tracking software is not working

Today I have booked ola, appx rs.430/- was the expected expenses informed by ola app at the time of booking but I was charged 995 rupees, although there was not much traffic jam. He had intentionally taken a long way, when I objected then only he has taken normal way. My booking details is CRN[protected]. Since last 5-6 drives taken by ola apps including today's ride it's software is not working or not making active by the driver. It's not safe. Please resolve both the issues.
