Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — I am complaining about extra charges charged for cancellation ola auto

I have been charged with ₹ 25 for cancelling ride in ola auto. Now whenever i try to book a ride it shows that i can proceed only after paying up my charges first. This is not what must be expected of a cab provider company like ola. And for the information it was not even past 5 mins when i cancelled the ride but still i was liable to pay.
