Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — I am complaining about the disgusting experience of booking ola cab | |||||
I was using ola cab service for the first time on 3 oct 2016 as i wanted to go from kirby place to dwarka with a friend who had just come from hyderabad. Highly disappointing and disgusting experience i had in my life. I booked ola cab... The first time the driver said that his cab is not having enough cng. I again booked the ola cab... This time the driver's mobile was switched off but patiently i tried his no. For some 30 min... I had to cancel the booking n book again... This time the driver just denied coming. Horrible... Neither he was cancelling the booking nor was he was coming... Above all i get a msg from ola app that on my next ride 75rs would be charged. Please don't make fool of people.
