The ola driver accepted the ride, but didn't enter otp and start the ride. He charged 150 rupees extra. And he was asking for extra money through the way. Since it was late at night, i was unable to get down. Such # experience it was. He was saying that it was such a long distance. Ola must definitely do something about it. It was such an unpleasant ride

I have cleared my ola postpaid due of RS.418 and send an email to care.[protected]@olacabs.com but I still receive more ola automated daily call daily.please stop it and update my payment in your system.
