Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — i am not used any amount of postpaid. still i received messages from ola. | |||
I received message/s from ola cabs stating that i have to pay 500 + penality for using the post paid amount. But i didn't have any regarding this and i didn't used anywhere this amount (Postpaid facility) provided by ola. So, i compalined earlier. Till now my complaint not yet resolved. Still i am receiving messages with increment penalities... Was this information helpful? | |||

I am not able to log in to ola application.. Earlier I used to book cabs but without any reason this is showing blocked now. I have also tried to contact customer service and also tried to contact service centre but they are not picking up the call. I am really disappointed
