Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — I didn't get my pay for the day when driver didn't come to pick up even after he confirmed that he is coming

I had complained previously also. And again I am complaining. Because of that driver I could not reach my work place and my pay was cut. How could you people be so careless. If you have an app for convenience of people, how could you be possibly an irritating factor to them. Trust me I am searching for a thing where I can file mental harassment case against Ola. This is not the first time it has happened. I'll write 1000 times if you want me to. But I want action to be taken against the driver and compensate for my loss as well. Mh 03 bc 2607. Brown waganor.
