Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — I have paid cash to driver but ola money is still pending support request also not repond properly

Took ride on July 24th from Thiruvanmiyur to Anna nagar.
Driver asked cash for petrol and the same paid 500
TRIP ID- CRN [protected]

Support also raised on the same day but still the request is in progress.

But for ola money customer support daily calling to mobile for three times.
The same explained via phone also
Daily receiving call, message from whatsapp but they havent listened what is my problem.

Kindly resolve the issue.
