I took an Ola cab on 24th June 2023 at the morning from Dombivli to Thane. The ride no. was CRN[protected] with cab registration No. MH01BM1325-White Etios - Prime Sedan. The trip cost was Rs. 758/- which I paid by credit card around 20 minutes before ride ended. At the ride ending time, the payment was not updated in OLA app however I have been charged to my credit card & the transaction was successful. After ride ended, the driver started arguing that he had not been paid & need cash now as the app is showing payment pending. I showed him the bank SMS confirming the transaction but he disagree. Eventually, I paid him Cash too. ( I receive an invoice for it by email. It's attached). Now I am wondering where that credit card payment went. How will I get it back? The worst part is OLA doesn't have a helpline no. nor my issue was listed in the app to report. I strongly feel the support no. should be there in place.
Similar incident happened with me on 21st May 2023 also.
