[Resolved] Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — I was charged extra but still not refunded | |||||
I was travelling from my office at Hubtown Solaris to my residence at Tarun bharat society on 14th FEb, 2017, I took an OLA auto and the distance is just 2 kms. But when I completed my ride I was stunned to see my bill amount and kms travelled, it showed 11.35kms and INR 139. I had INR 121 in OLA wallet and rest INR 18 I paid by cash. I mailed several times to ola support but without any results. Hope they understand my mistake, else I am not going to use OLA service again. Regards, Agnidra Was this information helpful? | |||||
