On, May 6th, I had booked a cab from Bandra for my home in Goregaon and added a stop so that I could pick my son from school in Oshiwara on the way. Fare was updated and the stop added. By the time the cab came, I was running a little late. And when I opened my app, there was a problem with the app and the only stop it showed was my home. The app was showing some message that I don't remember anymore. I asked the driver if he could take me to school meanwhile I could check with the customer care, but the driver was a little rude, he stopped the car and he said he can't and that he will go straight to Goregaon. Would have gone hardly 500m, I got down and I was charged Rs. 163. I tried calling them, but didn't find any number that was working. I could even find any option on the app, where I could find any help. I had been a loyal customer of Ola, and it failed me terribly for the first time. I want the money back.
