I took the ola cab ride on 21 st May 2022 after completion of my ride I have done payment through UPI payment method using Ola app itself. 715 Rs amount was deducted but driver said amount not reflecting in app due to some issue. So he asked me to pay by cash which I did . Ola app also showing the correct payment method as cash.
After that I have raised multiple support tickets for refund of online payment as amount was deducted. I have provided bank transaction details to ola multiple times but they did not resolve my ticket. Many times support executive resolved my ticket directly without processing the refund or without informing . I tried to follow up on calls multiple times but call was disconnected many times from ola end and never called back.
Its very frustating after raising 10 + tickets refund still not processed .

Its been 67 days my ticket is not resolved and still they are asking me to verify my bank statement rather than sharing there reference number for refund processing . Very terrible service I feel cheated
