Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — I'm complaining about the driver

Sir/ Madam,

I took a ride on Sunday, 9th August 2020. I paid through Google pay but the driver said that he did not receive the payment and argued with me and took amount in cash also.
I request you to resolve the case.
