Sir, I beg to state that some ola drivers are not making it up to the mark, as of today when i was coming home around 9:00-10:00, while my home was 12km far, many of the ola drivers have denied their duty and for the first when i sat in the ola auto, the driver told me search for a new one, and he cancelled. Crn no. [protected]. Driver : shirishala narasimha, vehicle no, 1271 red car. Refused to take otp instead took my mobile and cancelled the ride booked by me. After reaching destiny demanded more money. Rude behaviour. commuter are advised not to give their mobiles to drivers.
