I travelled from tiruppur to coimbatore yesterday evening.. At the end of the journey, the bill showed rs.1339 approximately and i paid the amount. But the invoice generated showed rs.1002 only. I have to claim the bills to my company in order to get it reimbursed, so i am in need of accurate bills. Post this, i called the customer service and they raised a ticket on my behalf. But without solving the problem, they have updated the status to resolved. This shows the ola's lack of empathy to its customers and not treating them fairly. I hope ola responds to this in the right spirit and save themselves from negative brand image. Was this information helpful? |
