I took a ride to the kempegowda international airport from btm. The price that it showed me was within rs.1100. The driver convinced me to take another route which will be faster and there started the problem. My final bill is rs.1300 and change. I haven't paid the bill yet and have raised multiple complaints but no response. At times i have received calls from customer representatives saying the issues will be resolved in 7days and bill will be revised. I have the call recordings of those. But its been months since i am waiting for a resolution. Now i am getting text messages saying legal action might be taken against me.
