I had booked an old cab for 2 hrs 20kms, as I had more work and would exceed the given time, I searched their app but couldn’t find the rate chart that I would be charged for additional time/kms.
So I called their support but they also had no idea (which is weird, why are they even sitting there) - my entire point of the conversation was, should I book another 2 hr 20 km cab, or take the same cab, which one will be cheaper and she found out and said “this will be more convenient”. So obviously I assumed this is the cheaper way to go about it and so I did.
At the end of the trip I was charged almost 3 times the amount and after filing a complaint with the department they are playing with the work “convenient” used by their “support” staff. Like obviously I know if I’m sitting in this cab it is more “convenient” to carry on in this and not book and shift to a another cab. But they wouldn’t agree and fraudulently charged me a huge sum of money which I lost even after calling their so called “support” staff to understand the cost structure and what would be cost effective for me.
Never using OLA again. Fraudulent company with pathetic customer service and satisfaction. Was this information helpful? |
