Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — incorrectly charged and misbehaved | |||
Sir, I booked a cab from HQ DGBR to Nai Sarak Chandni Chowk vide CRN [protected]. During the journey, the cab driver cancelled the booking and ask to drop down. I requested him to drop at our destination but he behaved rudely and went away from there by leaving us at Dhaula Kuan bus lane. For this journey from HQ DGBR to Dhaula Kuan (Appx 2 Km), Ola Cabs charged me for Rs. 112.00 (Rupees One Hundred Twelve only). However, I dropped a query at Ola Cabs app to return my amount as there was no fault of me. Moreover, due to dropping us at Dhaula Kuan I had to bear difficulty to reach my destination.
