I am writing this as suggested by the support team from ola. There was a problem with the ride that i took on the 24th of august. The driver took the otp as soon as we got into the auto and said that he changed the payment mode to cash. Also he said that he would let us know the amount once the ride was over.
Once the ride was complete, he told us that the amount was around 850 rupees or so, which we paid him in cash. As soon as he left, i see a message on the ola app that 457 rupees were also deducted from the ola postpaid account. This was absurd and so i raised a request on the very day via support and nothing was done. After a couple of days, i had raised another request explaining what happened and there was no response.
Now i keep getting calls asking me to clear the dues and messages that this non-payment would result in further actions. Let me be honest - i don't give a damn about these messages.
I had done my part by raising the requests on the same night, even though it wasn't my fault in the first place. You guys carry on with whatever actions you love. Again, i am only writing this upon a request from a gentleman from the support team whom i spoke with earlier today and again, i only picked the call as i had time to do so, it would have just been another missed call if i didn't have time to answer today.
Replying to this mail and trying to do something about this incident is totally upon y'all now! Was this information helpful? |
