Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — incorrectly charged osn[protected] | |||
Hi, I had booked an Ola cab for my travel, the driver arrived asked for the otp i gave him that, he checked the drop location asked me to get down from the cab stating he wont to that place and cancelled the ride. I was charged a fee of Rs111 for the same...which i have pay through my debit card linked to the account. I called Ola Support asking to remoge the charge as the trip was not completed...they asked me to pay the charges first and told me to raise a complaint later once I clear the charge they will then share the feedback withe driver. What kind of a service is this...I spoke to their supervisor in ola he again said the same thing and asked me to pay the charge...he said that he can see the trip was cancelled and the cab didnt moved from the pick up location but I have to pay the charge and then later raise a complaint for sharing the feedback with the driver.
