Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — indecency and lack of professionalism shown by the drivers

The drivers need to be taught professionalism. Why on earth do they need to talk unnecessarily. Just now I was dropped halfway, without any valid reason or apology and not to forget the rude behavior. I would like to mention his name Bishnu Deb, CRN [protected]. Kindly look into the matter. And please there should be an option in the app to directly call the customer service.
Today we booked ride from Gopi Colony, Faridabad to Pandav Nagar, Delhi. At the time of booking app reflects 448 rs but in last at the time of payment app reflects Rs 786/- its double amount... Extremely bad experience. Company is totaly fraud.
