I, Kailash chandra Sharma, booked a ride on 29.09.2021 and the total bill for the ride was 222/- and i have paid the same in cash. But later when I was booking another ride I came to know that the earlier bill of Rs.222/- which I have paid in cash is showing due. I informed the same to the customer care through email on 24.11.2021 against which I received a call from OLA that they will rectify the mistake in the app. But now more than one year later also the Bill of Rs.222/- is showing due in the App. And that is the reason I am unable to use the app for booking ride.
Hence I request the authority to take action against OLA for deficiency in Service and direct the OLA to rectify the mistake and clear the same.
