I took an intercity ride on 18th Sept '21.
Upon not being to download a receipt, I wrote to customer care. They responded with next steps. I followed. They didn't work.
I again wrote to them. They responded with the same message. I again followed the same process. It didn't work.
It is 15 October now. I have written to the company 7 times. They have only responded with same automated message.
Result - I have not received my invoice - my most basic legal right.
Result - I could not claim the amount from my company and had to bear it myself.
