Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — kyc verification | |||
It’s been over a month since i submitted my kyc & is waiting for in person verification. However, ola kept restrictions on wallet - where i’m unable to transfer funds which is causing lots of problem & making it numb. Despite of multiple calls & fake promises by ola, i’m helpless now seeking for help. How can ola restrict its users to use their money despite of submitting online documents? If there is a delay from service provider or company end why end user should be made suffer? To contact ola it takes immense pain to wait in long calls and also no professional respect they give.
