I have been charged wrongly cancellation fee for the pick up. I have mentioned on 24th june i was just surfying the route and i haven't received otp nor the invoice. When today i again booked for ride i wrongly charged for the cancellation fee as well. I have reached out to ola support via and they never replied me. An when today i booked another ride i have been charged for previous cancellation charges. Today when i contacted help desk they suggested the team never replies back and customer should know the process it self. Ola team did customer needs to study each document for booking cab. An why i backend team never reached out to me and even though i reached out to them. Kindly remove support tab from ola app if everything needs is to be done by customer manually.
