Dear customer care i am really fed-up with this email from OLA.
I have registered the complain Ticket[protected] after that also so many complain. even in twitter also no use still the problem not yet resolved.
I have booked the raid and i paid on the same time. rupees 477. only 23 rupees is remain but the bill came for me for rupees 500/-.
till date i am receiving the email that i have not paid the bill.
its really unfair.
i have the bank statement for the proof still ola is not ready to resolve.
i am really surprise. if this continue i will change the account now it is up to OLA for what they do for the customer
