Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — levy o[censored]njust cancellation fee

Today, i. E. On 30.05.2018, at around 2.00pm, i booked a cab from rbi layout, puttenahalli, jpnagar, bangalore to reach my destination at kumaraswamy layout, bangalore. The vehicle no and otp got generated. Otp was 7370. But when i contacted the driver, he said, he is at airport and he has not received any such booking. When i cancelled the ride a fee of rs.51 is being shown for no fault of mine. Please see that the unjust levy of fee is removed or else i will stop using ola henceforth.
