Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — misbehavior with a lady passenger by ola cab driver | |||||
I booked Ola Auto Ride on 5th June 18 at 8 pm. When I called driver to ask his location, he denied the duty. Not only he denied the duty but he started talking in very abusive language. From his voice I could judge that he was drunk. I hung up the phone as I couldn't listen to such abusive words. Driver Details: Madhuri Haribhau Bodke Auto number: MH12HC4897R. Now when I called OLA customer care and dictated the whole incidence, OLA employee assured me that strict action will be taken care against this because our company never compromises with the women safety and dignity and all. And he told me that next day I will be getting call from OLA. Next day I got a call from OLA saying that the culprit driver has been given only warning and he will be under our close observation. I told the guy that I don't want him to just get him a warning but I want him to be punished, in any form. I want him to be punished financially or want him to be fired. But the person told that we can just him a warning and nothing else. This is really disappointing and pathetic about Ola cabs company. If a driver is misbehaving with a lady then also that driver is more important to you than your customer satisfaction. Really Really pathetic. Kindly help with this.
