Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — misbehaviour and absurd way of talking

Hello sir,
My name is dhawal mishra and i hail from lucknow
Today morning, i booked a ola cab
His name was shahid ali
Crn no. Of the cab was crn [protected]
It was mini white xcent
I booked the cab for my father (Rajajipuram to gomti nagar)
When i contacted the driver, he spoked in a very absurd language and also used some abusive language
Before i could move to any other forum, i request you to take strict action against the driver and its a humble request to you sir, kindly keep lil educated people in your cab service
The safety of a customer is in your hands...
