Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — missed train due to drivers issue

I had to travel to ahmedabad railway station (Also called as kalupur railway station) from my hostel. So, i booked an ola auto to go to the ahmedabad railway station. The driver dropped me at gandhinagar railway station which was an incorrect location. So i had to book another ride on ola cabs to go to the ahmedabad railway station. Then the second driver took me to the correct location but dropped me 325 meters prior to the railway station. I had to get the railway station my walk find the platform on which the train has arrived. By the time the train was departed from the platform. I had lost my money with the cab, train tickets and also lost my time.
After informing this to the ola, they are asking me for the no show certificate. But, the problem is that the irctc doesn’t have a process of providing a any no show certificate for the people who haven’t traveled by train.
