I had a ride in OLA on 3 July 2019 and the amount charged for that ride was 279 rs and i have paid that amount through G-pay and that was not processed by OLA to the driver. After completion of my ride the driver show me the amount that by saying that i didn't get the amount i have called the OLA customer care immediately before giving the cash. Ola customer care agent said that to pay the amount in cash and he said has raised a request for refund for the online payment amount and ill get the amount in 7 working days.
After that i have called OLA customer care more than 5 time regarding this issue every time i call they say will we will check and raise a ticket. and i also send the mail with attached paid screen shot and my bank statement to show that i didn't receive my amount. i would like complaint for fraud case against the OLA Company
