I have booked a cab on 11th of August from Kochi Infopark to Cochin Airport CRN [protected], I had paid all the fare amount with previously due cancellation charges which sums up to 602rs which I have paid using PhonePe (Transaction ID - T2208111224200794982656). At the end of the ride your app in Driver's phone shows to pay 129rs more which also I have paid using Google Pay (Transaction ID[protected] to you driver Antony CJ.
After all of this your app asks to pay 50rs cancellation charges again, and keeps on sending mails and sms everyday (Screenshot attached).
I have raised this issue multiple times with your customer representative (Ticket Number[protected],[protected] ad always get assurance that I will not get this mails and will receive 129rs refund in my account within 10 working days. Its been more than 40 days still I did not receive any refund also mails sms did not stop.
I want my whole ride amount (729rs) refund because of the humiliation and disrespect I have suffered because of the cancellation charges due SMS and Mails in front of other peoples.
