Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — My Account Blocked | |||||
I have been using Ola Cabs since 28th of March 2015. I travel a lot and so have used the Ola Taxi very extensively and also referred it to my family and friends. Recently on 13th April 2017 when I tried logging in the account said that my account has been permanently blocked. I tried calling the head office and they indicated that I have violated Ola Policy !!! This s shocking as I have never violated any of their policy rather I had been a consistent user. I have written a series of mails to their Support department and all I have received is a general statement saying I have violated the Ola Policy. No valid reason provided for blocking my account and they say that I have violated the policy, which is not true and can be cross checked. I am feeling very dishonoured and facing mental stress. I still travel a lot and so Taxi is my need and also a safety issue. I need support to resolve this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
