Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — my account blocked without any reason

My account has been blocked and when i wrote a mail on the same then they replied that i have violated ola terms and policies

As per my knowledge, i have done nothing that violates the ola policies.
I have written several mails to know that what exactly was the reason that let to the violation of their terms and condition. But i have received no response in regard to this query

Also i am not able to call them since they have blacklisted my number

Not only this, but also i had my digital money in the ola account which i am not able to use it because they have blocked my account

So due to this i am not able to get my money back and also facing lot of inconvenience as i am a regular customer of ola and i don’t expect such type of behaviour from ola
