First of all I hearing the voice and said multiples times " hello" from my end. But customer agent have disconnected on the last call.
2nd thing I have been keep following with regards to the outstanding amount showing in my account. Eventually' it had been paid from my end and statement copy shared as well. Then informed me within 72 hours the case will get resolved but it has merged with another customer issues
however' there two to three agent talk me with and said it will get resolve within 24 hours but came to know that ticket is closed.
