Hi on 16th Aug 2016 i forgot my new lunchbox(Tupperware, cost-1200 Rs) in ola cab. I called the driver and he informed that yes lunchbox is there is my cab and will return you once i will come to this side. I raised the complaint in ola customer case and the customer representative informed me to contact the driver first if not then they will contact the driver and ask him to drop the belongings to one of the ola office and from there you can collect.
Now driver has stopped picking up the call and when i called the customer care they are telling we are not responsible about it please call directly to driver or raised a complaint in police station.
He has informed the Ola driver is still with them but they can not help with this.
Being a regular customer of ola these people behave like this when things are in their control. It is so much frustration.
