Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — negligence of driver

I booked an ola and put all the details correctly but when i called the driver, he was very rudely talking to me and using abusive words. I was taking to him and he cut the phone in the middle of conversation and then not picking up the phone. Driver was also not willing to use ola app and asking me to come at different location for pickup where he was comfortable. Driver was concerned with only his ego and he was behaving like we are his slaves. Ola should review all these things otherwise they will face a lot of complaint against them.
