Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Neither sent driver nor inform, they do have not driver

I have book the ola cab from pund hadaspar location to pune air port, in noon (booking timing 10/17/2016 2:00 pm) for (travel time 10:30 pm). i have not received any sms or call from ola team then around 10: 30 when i called they said they have assigned me driver pravin ([protected]), when i called driver "i cannot come because my phone is not working". again i called ola office they clealry said they cannot provide cab.

Here was big problem i had flight 11:55 pm which cost around 6000. i already lost my 20 min with ola call center. then caught auto which charge rs 500.

Do you people not understand, do you understand us stupid. now neither i will use nor recommend any of my friend to use ola can because you cannot trust ola. better i will go with ubder or local cab service
