Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — no cabs allotted besides being pre-scheduled(ticket no.#[protected] | |||||
Dear Team, This is to kindly inform you that I have pre-scheduled a cab from Shapoorji Kolkata to CCU Airport because i had a flight to board on 27th June, 2018 booking ID CNR[protected] AT 6 15 a.m but at the last moment no cab was allotted just a sorry message of non availability of cabs, is this a kind of joke going on, high surcharge is charged every time without any reason, and no cabs are allotted in spite of being scheduled. Who is responsible if a person miss a flight? So many Ola cabs are parked outside But at the time of booking no cabs are shown, what kind of service you are providing?
