Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — no intimations on cab cancel

Cab is got cancelled with out any intimations, at the time of arrival i only called to cab guy and at that time he told it's got cancelled. When we cancel you charge us, so why can't you inform us prior if you cancel a ride, i would have booked another cab immediately that. Because of this i faced inconvenience and i faced many problems. As per your own rule, you have to pay me the booked cab charges. I will raise the same issue in front of consumer court either
